Sub-forums don't have update indicators

...so that you have to open each one to see if any topics were updated.

In addition, the highlighting for updated topics is erratic (sometimes bold, sometimes medium bold, what's up with that?).

I think the bold ones indicate you have not looked at previously, and medium bold means you have looked at that message before

It's not consistent though. Yesterday I had reason to visit a forum I'd never been to before, and I was surprised to see some of the threads showing as 'updated'.
