I used this title: Comments about the Forums then pointed out what the Forum was about.

That is a POST title. You have created a POST with that title. NOT a FORUM TITLE. As in changing the title at the top of "Forum Comments" to "Forum to Discuss Forums (Only)".

What you need is for the admin for this forum to edit the Sticky Topics area to include the line and point it to a topic like that.

Does anyone know who the admin for this forum is? If so, we could ping them and ask.
