I accidentally clicked "assumed answered" for my topic on an issue that I am having. Now the topic has sunk and no one is able to see to help.

Is there a way I can fix this?

Thanks.

Re: Video glitch from export in beginning of video

By sunk I meant and assumed that when a post is considered answered it no longer bumps to the top of the page when a new comment is made therefore it drops down the list and people visiting will not see it unless they go back several pages as new post populate.
