Waiting for Moderation?

Everytime I post a message or reply, I get a little orange triangle and a message that says "waiting for moderation".

I don't remember seeing it before.

Has this always been there or is it a new thing or ... what's the deal with it?

This is a temporary anti-spam measure.  You shouldn't have to wait too long for legitimate posts to be approved; moderators and staff are monitoring new posts 24 hours a day.
