Where is the Shockwave Player forum?

I was given an interesting link today: How to disable the auto update setting in Shockwave.

However, the link in that article [1] that points to a Shockwave movie is bröken. Now where do I go to ask for the correct link? I cannot find any Shockwave Player forum...
