Which adobe software can be used for video ads editing and generation.

I am employed in a company ShoppingSpout.co.uk and I have a work related to ads. I am using Photoshop for image ads and banners but i really dont know which adobe product is handy to make ads for my site : http://www.shoppingspout.co.uk

Video editing would be Premiere Elements (under $100 US) or Premiere Pro (about $800 standalone for CS6 or newest version is only on the Cloud only for a monthly fee)

Click the big red A at the top left and go to the product pages for both products to read what they will do for you
