Which sequence setting to use when video is made only of still portrait high-res images?

I am new to Premiere. To my current video I import only high-res still portrait (i.e., not landscape) images.

I'd like that the video will be narrow (that black/white strips) will be at the sides?

So, which settings should I used for the sequence?
