Certainly, in the previous Japan Forum, if this happened, you should have been informed by a private message. I think that doing this in a way that the contributor doesn't know only reduces the motivation of the members participating in the forum.

内容としては、新フォーラム移行前にあったジャパンフォーラムのインストール関連のトラブルシューティング記事をまとめたもので、
日本のMVPやACPからも称賛をもらっていた内容でした。

私としてはスパムの心当たりはないですし、当該ページが見えないことによる不利益があると困ると思いましたので、日本時間の今朝に下記URLの別投稿へコピーしたところ、なんとこちらの投稿は跡形もなく削除されてしまいました！

こちらも同様にたくさんの日本国内のMVPやACPから称賛をもらっていた投稿でした。
ただでさえ検索が困難な状況の中、このような役に立つ投稿をまとめた記事は非常に重要と考えます。それを何の告知もなしに削除してしまっていいのでしょうか？
スパム認定された理由と投稿を削除された理由を教えてほしいです。
確か以前のジャパンフォーラムでは、このようなことがあった際はプライベートメッセージで知らせていたはずです。投稿者が知らないところでこのようなことをするのは、フォーラムに参加するメンバーのモチベーションを下げるだけだと思います。
私もこの問題が解決しなければ、不本意ですがフォーラムから距離を置こうと思います。

先ほどMVPのOmachiさんからPMが来まして、アプデに巻き込まれた可能性があるのではということでした・・・。

Community Helpへ投稿した経緯は、[SPAM]でサーチしたところ他の投稿がCommunity Helpに有ったり、他にも削除依頼がこちらに投稿されていたようだったものでしたので。

結果としてはおっしゃるとおりfeedbackのほうがいいと思いますし、日本語の投稿が海外のモデレーターから見るとSPAMに受けられて今回のような事故が起きる事もありますので、せめて言語別は無理にしてもエリア毎（ざっくりと欧米、アフリカ・中東、東南アジア・東アジア・オセアニア←AdobeHPのエリア分けとほぼ一致）、に別けた方がいいと思ってます。

これ以上はここのレスで話すべき内容ではないので割愛しますね。

消えた方の投稿は、後日改めてURLを開くと復活しましたが、スパムのフラグが立った状態でした。

もう一つのスパムのフラグが立った投稿は変わらずです。

どちらも不正利用レポートを提出したところです。いつ直ってくれるのやら。
