show me the community RULES, according to which the topic should be closed if the issue is not resolved
it's not the first time my topic is closed without solving the issue!
in addition, it does not allow other users to support me by participating in the discussion
it seems the moderators here just do what they want...

your topics aren't closed. they remain online, open, active and accessible.
your topics are often locked (resulting in you no longer being able to add to that thread ) because you're argumentative resulting in your threads deteriorating from some topic to a thread about something that's, at best, tangentially related to the original topic.
please prove that you can remain collaborative in this thread and refrain from arguing.

Users who violate Adobe Support Community Guidelines risk account termination. Adobe doesn't do this often unless they see a pattern of abuse.
Moderators (Adobe Employees & Community Experts) are instructed to lock discussions that have:
a) run their course,
b) gone off topic,
c) devolved to disrespectful name-calling and/or personal insults (abuse).
Your recent post history below shows only one topic was locked after it was correctly answered on May 30th. It may not have been the answer you were hoping for but it was the correct answer.

There was nothing more to say (a), later remarks were off topic (b). A Moderator did the right thing by locking it.

what if moderators are pessimists saying "nothing can be changed"?
and are against evolution & users comfort, neither supportive, nor encouraging
"2. Be Supportive

Then you follow Step 5 and click the Report button. The post will be then reviewed by staff. Their decision is final. If nothing happens, then they think the post is fine. We don't know who they are.
5. Report Abuse
If you ever believe a user is violating the Adobe Support Community Guidelines, you can report it by clicking on the ‘Report’ button below each conversation and providing a brief explanation about why the content violates the Community Guidelines.

Posts can be moved, merged or locked by Adobe employees or other unknown moderators. We don't know who it is. I make it a point to not interfere with what other moderators do as that's not my concern.
