Down Vote in Ideas

In Ideas, include a down vote button. The link below is an example of one needing a down vote.

👍  I agree.  I think it would be useful to have a voting system that goes both ways.  However the Adobe team doesn't agree  -- at least not so far so it hasn't happened. 

As a workaround, use the thumbs down emoji. Type colon followed by thumbs_down to find it.
