Hi all,

The Adobe Support Community released a few enhancements and bug fixes earlier this week. With this release, we deployed "linear view", an option to which users can switch and see replies in a conversation in a linear and chronological order. We've also changed multiple correct answers to show in a chronological order.

Enhancements

  • Replies:
    • Deployed a “linear view” option to replies in a conversation where users are able to see them in a linear and chronological order, instead of seeing them in a threaded order
    • Enhanced attachments in conversation posts and replies to default preview in a lightbox when selecting the filename. When viewing a supported file in the lightbox, users now have the additional option to download the file to their system.
    • When there are multiple correct answers, the correct answer previews are now shown in a chronological order.
  • Added a message to be displayed to users if there is failure to load a component on the Community. Users will see, “Component didn’t load. Please try again later.”

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed a bug when users selected the “Join the conversation” link for conversations with no replies and the reply box came up, the “Join the conversation” link persisted.
  • Fixed the default text in the search bar to show “Search all communities“ and issues where the “Adobe Support Community” text was underlined while clicking on the Adobe logo.
  • Fixed an issue where images within conversations or replies greyed out while hovering on them.
  • Fixed an issue where the “Email me when someone replies” option was not displayed under additional options when replying to a post.
  • Fixed several localization issues.
  • Fixed a bug when users created a new reply, they were not brought to their new reply on the Conversation’s page.

Thanks,

Melissa & Your Community Team

It worked OK for me for a few days, but is no longer working for me on Chrome on all threads. Ironically, it works on this thread.
