Hi All,

Adobe Support Community released a few enhancements and bug fixes today.

With our earlier released we deployed the seamless login experience to the users to now stay logged-in or logged-out between the Community and other Adobe surfaces. Currently this solution has been increased to 30% of users. Provided no impact to site performance, we will gradually increase the number until we reach 100% in the next couple of weeks.

Enhancements

  • Community emails: Updated the email sender address on production to verify the different workflows of email notifications. Total of 18 templates are verified with different user accounts and email clients. Users now will also be able to reply via email

Bug Fixes

  • Fixed an issue where link for private messaging is not updated on the profile page
  • Fixed an issue where timestamp was clickable while a reply
  • Fixed UI issues with Post and Cancel buttons while replying to a post
  • Updated the copyright year of Adobe forums page to 2021
  • Fixed minor German translation errors
  • Fixed the error where JRUN still shows up on homepage in spite of JRUN and board is already archived

Best,

Your Community Team

Hi Tina,

I just wanted to report 2 problems with the auto-login.

If I have an open tab with a discussion saved in my browser:

1. After the login happens, I'm on the main community page, not the discussion.

2. The tab history is deleted, so I can't click Back to get back to the discussion.

Hey @Amebr,

We've discovered what's causing this bug and are currently testing the solution to it. We should be releasing the fix sometime very soon.

Thanks for letting us know about these issues,

Melissa
