Is there a recognised procedure for withdrawing access rights to the Community?
ln the event of access being withdrawn without notice or reason, is there a recognised method of appeal?
If your previous account was banned, the only possible reason was a breach of our Community Guidelines.
There's no "appeal" process per se since all bans are permanent.
Also, @Nancy OShea is one of our Adobe Community Professionals, so she wouldn't have banned your account. Only Adobe employees can do so.
Hope this gave you some extra information!

Why would there be any procedure or right of appeal? The forum is Adobe's to control exclusively. If you carefully follow the rules and guidelines they are unlikely to block you. If you are tempted to push Adobe and discover the limits of their patience, tread carefully.

Why do you ask?

My dear Nancy, I think you knew the answer to your question before you asked it. I did not realise that all roads lead to you and as such it would be truly futile for me to submit an appeal to the very person who without notice or reason has withdrawn my access rights to the Community.

Could be used as examples of how little it takes to be excommunicated .
Please feel free to do as you will with this account. It will not be used again.
Regards
Peter
