Account preferences shows Two Factor Authentication as disabled but still forces Adobe ID Two Factor Authentication when attempting to access Creative Cloud on iPad.

This is not expected behaviour since Two Factor Authentication as not enabled in the Adobe account Password and Security options.

If two factor authenticationis not enabled then it should not be enforced.
