Account Settings broken

After clicking on my avatar in the upper-right corner and doing Account Settings, then waiting for a couple of minutes, I get "Error fetching settings data. Please try later":

It seems to be happening to some members since the forum update last December.
I have been troubled all the time.
In my case, it did not improve even if I tried it on another browser and another device.

Been having this since two? months.
