Hello there. I opened this discussion because mainly, i need answers.

I once bought Adobe CS4 and downloaded it but after downloading it, i found out that its license have expired according to a pop-up box that popped out when i click to try the Adobe Photoshop.

It happened to all the other products there and i really wonder why.

I recently downloaded one of the trials and entered a serial number that has an expired license and then i immediately uninstalled it, after that i installed the one that i bought but that pop-up box still showed up again.

I really want to use the Adobe CS4 but i don't know why this is happening to my computer.

It works in other computers.

Do help me solve this problem. Im really at a loss. Thanks

Nelle.

Do as Ramón suggest. But also go to proper Forum list, by going back to main forum page look through the various drop down list, and choosing desired list.
