Adobe Live cycle Designer ES4 uninstallation issue

Hi,

Am facing issue while trying to uninstall Adobe Live Cycle Designer. The below erros is observed. Can anyone please suggest

The former LiveCycle Designer was integrated into Adobe Experience Manager Forms.  AEM  has a different product forum on another platform.  See link below.
