Adobe Support Chat feedback

I have had really negative support chat experience lately. When I join a chat, I get transferred a bunch. Of course, that's fine, I understand that, but it would be nice if support actually started helping me in the first five minutes. Then, after that, adobe support only answers about once every five minutes. It's REALLY slow. Even then, after an hour and multiple support chat sessions, the problem still isn't solved or even diagnosed. It's really annoying that Adobe is generally a good company, but the support is REALLY unresponsive. Honestly, I just want to get the products I'm paying for to work properly. Even that's not happening, and I can't get help with it because the support is unresponsive a lot of the time.

Seriously guys?
