I have my Preferences setup to automatically subscribe to e-mail for threads that I reply to, but I am not receiving all of the e-mails. I intermittantly receive some of them.
I am an engineer on the DW Team. I don't have time to visit the Forums very often, so it is critical that I get e-mail notifications for certain threads. Please fix!
Thanks,

I haven't heard that one in a long time. The outgoing mail server for
the forums is currently not on any of the mainstream blacklists. Since
Adobe's email systems are notoriously unreliably due to their spam
filters I would recommend to check your junk mail logs regularly.

Thank you for the prompt reply.
I'm not sure where you came up with "Adobe's email systems are notoriously unreliably due to their spam filters". Adobe uses Postini which is the best spam filter on any of the e-mail systems I'm using. Of course no spam filter is perfect (are you suggesting to go without one?), so I'll definitely keep an eye on it.
Thanks,
Randy

A few years of experience with getting replies with a week or more delay
because "I only check my junk mail once a week". Half of Adobe's
enterprise support team has an email signature with instructions on how
to bypass the filters. If that isn't broken what is?
Anyway, I do not believe there is an issue on the forums side. The
message count is consistent between my mailbox and the
getMessageCountByCommunityIDAndFilter() method of the webservices.
