I always found the dw forum community to be enormously helpful and very easy to use

In contrast these web forums are a pain in the xxxx

Bring them back or lose another user

Adobe is looking into alternatives for the missing nntp support. For the short term, nntp support is gone. We do not know what the future holds.

Adobe released a new web-based forum about a year ago and it had so many problems they had to roll it back.  They just can't seem to get it right.
