A big WELL DONE to the Adobe folks who brought us this upgrade.

No more extra blank lines in the editor!

No more failures to update an edited post!

No more opening another window to read the thread while editing!

Lots of cool new features!

Yes some good stuff but one thing I can't find is to insert HTML code in plain text.  This bar has changed and missing the feature to put html code which we use quite a lot in DW forum:

The only way to do now is to quote the original message and then to delete it so that you can insert the code in plain text and in different fonts automatically.

I guess, another method will be to work in HTML mode and to insert these tags:  <code>Code goes here</code>.  I'll need to try it on test forums first before using them.

Hit the little "Use advanced editor" link and you'll get all the controls you had before, including the ability to insert HTML.

Hello Noel,

this is a conclusion I fully share, the new face I like well, BUT could you have a look to your/our user profile/s?

Beautiful black frame, I only know it from obituary notices!

Yes, well done to John and all the team. The 'new' forums are very responsive. Even on the phone.

JTANNA, the insert as plain button is available in the Advanced Editor.
