E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR again

I purchased today one ebook from polish site and when I try to open file .acsm in Adobe Digital Editions I get message Unable to download/Error getting license. License Server Communication Problem: E_LIC_LICENSE_SIGN_ERROR

Is this a problem with Adobe today?
