I'm trying to reply to a message in the Acrobat-Javascript forum, but when I click on 'Reply', I get an error and the reply fields do not show up. They work in other messages on that forum. I rebooted my browser, but the same thing happens.

Is there anything I can do to get the reply fields to show up?

It's not just the 'Reply' button, if I try to click on 'New', 'Your Stuff', 'History', etc, on that page, I get the same error

Mark,

While I did not actually post, I got the Reply Editing Screen, in that thread, and everything looked just fine - on Chrome at 1:55PM PDT, June, 25.

Odd, I get nothing on that page, but every other page works, and I'm able to bring up the 'Reply' screen. This is in MS IE. Here are the error details

Mark,

I believe this is one for (the other) John.

Let us hope he sees this soon.

Okie. I was able to help the user solve his problem through private messages, and he was able to post the solution we came up with to that message.

Thanks.

I was able to post from Chrome. But in IE nothing happens when I click reply. I don't see any obvious reason. Sending it off to Jive for them to take a look at. As noted, other threads in the same forum seem OK.

Still doesn't work for me on that one page; any other page I have tried, I can get the reply box.

I can get it to work on either of my Macs using Safari, so it isn't something being blocked at my company. I can't test my other PC because it is flaky connecting to the internet.

On a side note, I was trying to get my login info to use on the other computer, and the 'Return to Sign In' link after sending the email is incorrect. It links to:

I clicked on 'Login',

then I clicked on 'Did you forget your Adobe ID?'

After filling in my email and clicking 'Continue', the resulting page has a 'Return to sign-in' link.

That's the link which is not working.
