Flash Catalyst - Fails To Open On Icon Click

Hi,

I've got CS5 Master collection installed and most of the programs work fine but when I try to Launch Flash Catalyst and Flash Builder 4 I click the icon and nothing happens.

I've checked the windows event log:-
