People get locked out when you spam the forum or post links to illegal software sites. in all other cases you get a notification first and get locked out only when there is no reaction to that notification and you continue the offending behaviour.

You need to post your id (the id you suspect being locked out) as a link here so that we can ask Adobe to have a look into this. Only authorized Adobe Staff can lock you out.

The above post and in the other thread that is now locked is why that Adobe ID was Deactivated from using the forums.

Being deactivated from the forums does not stop you from using that same Adobe ID from logging into the main Adobe website and accessing your Adobe Creative Cloud subscription. It only restricts you from posting messages on the forum from that Adobe ID. As you have found out you can create another Adobe ID and use that ID to post to the forums.

So go to the Main Adobe Website, https://www.adobe.com , and login using the ID that has been deactivated from posting to the forums.

Have you ever used internet forums before? Just because you post a question doesn't mean anyone reads it.

Posting the same thing in multiple forums doesn't get you a faster response. All it can do is get your ID Deactivated.

ACP = Adobe Community Professional

MVP = Most Valuable Participant

Meet the Experts

ACPs/MVPs are standard users with great knowledge with one or more Adobe products who answer questions here and help other users to solve their problems. Some of them are also forum moderators. Forum moderators can move/lock/edit and otherwise influence thread entries. Your entries have been locked or refused by a forum moderator.

There are also STAFF users active in the Fora. They work for Adobe. Not all STAFF members are forum moderators. However, some STAFF members have the ability to disable users. They do normally after a user has been reported for misbehavior.

Users will be disabled when they regularly violate the forum rules. Commercial spam or pointing out illegal practices results to immediate blocking. Other behavior, like but not limited to insulting other users, gets the insulting user a warning issued. If he or she does not restrain, he or she gets blocked.

I do not know why you got blocked with your first Adobe id but I suppose that outside of spamming or illegal behavior, someone has warned you that your conduct would not be tolerated. My guess is that you did like you did with your new id: Posting multiple times the same message. That does not get your a faster answer but creates extra work for all participants.
