Every time I try to open a pdf file the internet shuts down. And I am unable to open pdf files. This is tough because it is part of business .  The message I get is "Adobe 9.2 stop working". Is there anyone who could help me figure this out?

Depending on which version you are using, you should try the Adobe

Acrobat forums or the Adobe Reader forums:

http://forums.adobe.com/community/adobe_reader_forums

When you post here, be sure to give an exact description of the

problem and the exact error message. If the error message is not in

Engish it is best to include both the error message in the origial

language and a translation. Details such as your operating system

usually help.
