Someone claimed to have found a way to circumvent the queue. Attach file, post. Immediately edit, remove attachment, re-attach.

I've been trying it (see my post in the Testing forum if interested) - couldn't get it to work.

Here's what Janet Keniger has to say in the GoLive forum:

"Attaching images works, you just have to be patient after you click on the Post Message button. Wait for the upload progress bar below the message finish before you close the browser window."

Thanks. Mario's method hasn't worked for me, the 2nd attempt goes on forever (well, 5 minutes, the limit of my patience) and never makes progress towards uploading.

I'll try Janet's way.

Image above is queued, I'll try now and shake it loose. Thinking about Janet's post - why wouldn't you wait for the progress bar anyway? You don't get sent back to the thread unless you do because the message isn't posted.

Well yes, edit, remove, reattach may well have worked that time - unless it just zipped through anyway. Sorry about the crumby pic, I have all kinds of odd stuff lying around on my machine
