I am new to this forum and I want to join in discussion with others but I cant find reply button? Can anyone help me first?

Bruce, had you looked a little higher, you'd have noticed that the particular thread you were looking at has been Archived, and therefore locked. I don't know why it got bumped, but it has been near the top of the list for the last two days, and remains highlighted (meaning "unread") in spite of my opening it several times. Jus another nice Jive "feature", I would say.

Bruce,

That is what happens if you are not logged in, or if the software believes you are not logged in.

If the latter (obviously faulty condition), you may try to log out and in again.
