How can I edit, or even find, an earlier post of mine?

Click on your image at the top right of the page, then on "My Profile" to see a list of topics you have participated in. I'm not sure whether you can edit a post yourself without moderator access, once it has been answered. To check just click "more" under the post and then choose "Edit"
