Adobe Reader doesn't require a Adobe ID.

Maybe the user needs to change it for another reason; I'm moving this topic to the Forum Comments forum.

I just wanted to give the user instructions how to do it, but it seems impossible to do it (change Adobe ID information) right now.

I click on My Account, then My Adobe ID; that will take me to https://www.adobe.com/account/account-information.html which will redirect me to https://www.adobe.com/jp/account/account-information.html then back to https://www.adobe.com/account/account-information.html and so on.  It has been doing this for the last 10 minutes.

I cannot even stop these endless redirects; if I click the browser stop button, it just keeps redirecting.  I can only stop it by closing the browser (or tab).

Please, someone fix this madness!

I've seen cases where I needed to log in to my local adobe branch, belgium in my case.

To change your Adobe ID:

1. go to http://www.adobe.com
2. Sign in in the upper right corner if not already signed in (under the Search box)
3. If/Once signed in, hover over your name to drop down a menu
4. Select My Information from the menu

That should open your info page where you can change yoru Adobe ID (email address).
