Only Adobe staff can delete threads. I suggest reporting the problem thread, as that will get them to look at it. 

Are you sure that's the right link? The thread linked to seemed to involve a workflow step, and I saw nothing that even looked proprietary or confidential in it.

Actually that is on the older JIVE software and as a Moderator I can delete it. Are you sure you wanted it deleted?

I'm doing it NOW. Hope it is the right thing to do.
