Loophole:no Report Abuse message in the OP of a thread

Here's a loophole:  This original post could contain abuse or spam, yet there is no Report Abuse button to report it. 

I noticed it when I was contemplating reporting what looked like self promotion aimed at directing traffic to the poster's YouTube videos in a post in the Photography forum.

Nope, it wasn't hidden at all, Kath.  I just didn't expect it there.
