In the small print when buying the Students Creative Cloud package at £15.88pm it says "The price is valid for a full 12 months. After that, we'll renew your contract automatically unless you cancel" I'm curious as to how long I will need to pay this monthly charge... If its 1 year then that's it then great! I'll gladly pay up, but if it's over a year I'm not too sure about it.

I;m hoping someone on here can clarify for me as I don't fancy calling the American hepline number from the UK on my mobile phone.

Thanks

This forum is only to discuss how the forums operate, not products

You need to contact Adobe http://helpx.adobe.com/contact.html

But... the Cloud is a subscription... stop paying and your software stops working

You may buy any or all of CS6 for a (higher) one time fee, but I do NOT know if there is an Education version of CS6 available

Welcome to the forum.

As John T. points out, that 1-year price is for the first year of the subscription. To continue using the product(s), the subscription will need to continue, at whatever price Adobe decides on. All you will have is that quoted price for the first year. For the product(s) to continue to function, the subscription will need to be maintained.

For more information on the CC "renting" options, the CC Forum will be most helpful. Remember, CC is NOT "rent to own," but a rental agreement: http://forums.adobe.com/community/creative_cloud. As you are talking about the Academic Versions, you might need to post your specific questions, with that aspect stated.

Good luck,
