My forum identity has created a new identity:  eddiem100-ZSI21j.  It is simply eddiem100.  It has now created the second identity while zeroing out all my posts.  I tried the steps in the Forums FAQ of logging out, logging back in, unchecking remember me, logging out again and then logging in newly.

Still not resolved.  Help!

Tks.  I had tried that before I made this post and it didn't work. However, after a day and after starting and restarting my computer, I am now posting with my original identity which is great.  However, there is a new profile still created and in existence with eddiem100-TYBpx4.  Is there a way to delete that?  Tks.
