Need Help with Dreamweaver CS3 template

I lost my hard drive so so after reinstalling dreamweaver i went to download my site from my host and after when  I use dreamwever and open my template..i did some changes but the problems is it does not sae it to all the pages

can someone tell me whats wrong?

I've met the same problem today, thanks for this link, it looks like the same, but cant solve it yet.
