When I click to reply to a message, it takes a VERY LONG TIME for the reply screen to show... seems to be a general slowdown
Before the actual reply screen opens, a "tiny" screen shows for several seconds... I've never seen this before today
Did this continue throughout the day? It has been working OK for me all day.
Next time it happens could you grab a HAR? Here are the steps on Chrome- Generating a HAR file for troubleshooting – Zendesk Support Just found them on google if you need them for other browsers.
This happened to me the other night. But only in the forums. I had no problem replying from the inbox. Seams the issue is gone now.
