im really worried about upgrading from CS3 premiere

to CS5?

i have read online that Premiere CS5 Does NOT support True XDCam

unless it has been shot at 35mbs onto the

SXS cards,

i would like to bypass the cards with an Aja and record at 10mb 4.2.2.and 150plus mbps

i can set the Aja or Nanoflash unit to record with mxf files or QT .mov files but obviously the data will be a lot higher.

i cant get any sense out of adobe support, in fact i can barely understand him,

anybody out there from adobe who could put in writing if they support this?

or anybody using this system already. bypassing the compressed files

thanks

I would advise you to post your question in the appropriate Premiere forum, which you may find here:

And to take Claudio's rec. one step further - THIS is the forum to post to.

As I do not have PrPro CS5, others will be quick to help you out.

Good luck,
