photoshop forum’s "all content" does not update

I get what seems to be the problem mentioned in

Photoshop "All Content" not up to date

"All Content" seems to show threads only erratically.

Darn- it seems to have resolved by now so I can't go report to Jive. Is anyone still seeing this?
