I am calling the number that Adobe gave me for Platinum Support (866-335-2256) and getting a message that it's down for maintenance until July? Anyone have a way to talk to an actual person to log a support case?

There's always the (inexpensive) upgrade to diamond support, and beyond that for only a reasonable fee there is unobtanium support. If you still get busy signals there's the (gasp) top tier, of course - collapsed matter level support.
