hello:
I have a problems with adobe premier and photoshop… CS4
In premier  CS4: I cannot see imported videos (avi, mpg, wmv, etc) I see the icon in the  Time-line but not in the window preview  and with the videos avi i don't have sound, but with the rest yes (the sound works).
And Photoshop CS4 I don't have option to use openGL  (adjustments of the GPU).
My graphic card is: asus Nvidia Geforce GTS 250.
I  did the updates and nothing works. It's incompatible with CS4? I must change it?
Thanks!!
Pc: dual core 2.6 GHz
4GB RAM
Vista Ultimated (x32) Service Pack 2
motherboard asus P5Ql Pro
Graphiccard: asus Nvidia Geforce GTS 250
200 Gb hard drive

Hi there

Sorry, but you took a wrong turn somewhere and fell into somewhat of a rabbit hole. You are in the forum where we discuss forum issues, not product issues. There are lots of products Adobe has. You need to click the link at the top of the forums and figure out which forum to post in. I see you are asking about Premier. Not sure if there is a Mac as well as a Windows version.

Cheers... Rick
