Re-enable browser spell-checking

Incredibly, the Khoros forum software is explicitly disabling the use of the browser's built-in spell-checker.  Chrome's spell-checker is superior to the Khoros checker in every way: It checks automatically (so you don't have to click a button), it has a better dictionary, it handles more languages.
