While I know this is the wrong forum for this post, I flamed Adobe customer support here so...
I was contacted today by the Customer Support Supervisor and while I explained I only wanted to return the item they sent me in error and get my money back, he insisted that I accept the book they sent me, my money back and the item I had ordered in the first place. While we got off to a rocky start, they (Adobe Customer Support) really did go above and beyond today to make me happy and I am greatful. Thanks Adobe.
