why can't I find the script forum with topic searches anymore?

All the specialist sub-forums were killed in the "upgrade". You are supposed to search using "tags" now, but hardly anyone bothers to add them.

and do you call this an upgrade? and who, like me, had little experience in scripting and researched to understand how to solve a problem now as it does?
