Shortly after your post, 9:00AM MST, Feb 01, I accessed the Adobe Forums via Chrome on my laptop, and all is working fine. Do not know if yours was a temporary problem, or a local one.
Wish that I could help, beyond the standard "Clear Cache" and then "Clear Adobe Cookies."
Cleaning the cache resolves the issue.

I am currnently seeing this in Firefox, but not Chrome. Checking browser cache.
