I'm having problems with first, my quotes from Word (or like from an email, copied and pasted) are coming in as straight quotes and second, when I go to make a pdf, the "curly" quotes are not even showing up. I am new to CS4 and never had this problem in earlier versions. Everything is at the default setting. Please help, thanks!

Try the question here (and it helps if you give a bit more info about your system, your version, and what you are doing).
