Spam/scammers within adobe forums?

I'd posted about a problem reinstalling an adobe product that cost $2000. Got a couple of absolutely useless replies re: Mac's when I'd clearly stated I was using Windows, and the following from someone claiming to be 'adobe help desk', and then heard nothing. Are these forums the same BS that adobe support appears to be?
