Those of us who have been frustrated over time by the unresponsiveness of the Adobe bureaucracy in dealing with our feature requests are now witnesses to the ironic spectacle of Adobe being treated the same way by the Jive people:
As I speculated earlier, the selection process was flawed.
If we'd selected suppliers like that in the aerospace industry, aircraft would have been falling out of the skies.

I disagree. Notification of requests with identifiable IDs and identified bug reports with IDs seems quite responsive. Where such items appear in the priorities may not be available to us.
Somewhat more responsive than in here, but MUCH more responsive than Adobe's Feature request/Bug report for their products (in my experience, anyway).

Yeah, actually having watched bug reports disappear into the unfathomed depths of the Adobe bug reporter never to be seen again, having a guy immediately write back telling you it's a duplicate and where you can track it seems quite responsive!

Now we know that, above the titles User and Participant, the title corresponding to the Sergeant stripes is Intermediate.
It remains to be seen whether:
The 4 stripes title is Excessive,
The 5 stripes title is Foraholic.
