1) Can't upload files to Creative Cloud: "an error occurred"
2) Contacted chat: 15 minutes after the agent started the chat, I was still without help. Had to stop due to other obligation.
3) Tried another browser: Couldn't find my Creative Cloud desktp; was directed to install Creative Cloud App, "download manager began installing (again); 5 minutes later, was on Creative Cloud desktop and got message that programs have updates; couldn't update because my password wasn't accepted "administrator privileges are required" (I am the one and only Administrator); can't find any place to activate my "administrator".......Gave up.
4) Gave up.
