Can someone give me a hand getting this fixed please? Thanks

Thanks Jochem.

I know I'm missing something obvious here but how do you sign out of the forums. All I can find is how to sign out of my Adobe account but it doesn't pull me out of the forums.

Man. That one could use some translation.

Here's what I did. I closed the browser, remove ALL cookies. So far, so good.

Came back in through www.adobe.com and clicked the forum link under support. Clicked on log-in/register, did not select remember me.

Used the sign-out link at the top of the page.

Ok, if all is working right I should be able to close the browser, come back to the forums and would have to log-in, right?

Well here I am, already logged in.

So I've tried all the steps as far as they actually worked, What next?

And I forgot to menation that the sign-out option is not available any more. Even though I did not

choose "remember me", it still is.

Not good. The FAQ entry I linked has a big fat "Link to Log Out" at the

top. Did you click that?

Sorry. Didn't see that at all. It looks WAY too much like a header (which a lot of people are going to fly right by). Maybe

add a link somewhere in the body text? Just a suggestion.

Ok. I've followed all the instructions to the letter. Still have a broken account.

Like the "Log out" links that are present in the FAQ article about the

spawned identity?

Then you need to wait for adobe-admin.
