Upgrade subscription

I have two subscriptions in adobe, the Photography plan and the Premiere plan. Is it possible to upgrade them to the Creative Cloud all apps offer?

Technically, you must cancel current plans before you can take out the All Apps plan. 

When do your current plans expire?
